Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever

Sorry its been a while since I’ve updated. We’ve had lots of things going on along with me working TONS! I’m working 80 hours this week…which should help out our financial situation. We have medical bills like you wouldn’t believe. We had met Josh’s calender year deductible with his insurance however, we have had to switch him to my insurance so we will have to pay ANOTHER one! Since Josh had to go to my insurance effective October 1 and we have not received any information from Anthem they might not cover his CT scan that he is having done tomorrow because we didn’t get a pre-authorization number for it. So, when I get off at 7am I am going to have to call Anthem and hopefully get some answers but at this point he needs to CT whether or not they will cover it so lets just hope they will!

Josh had an appointment with Dr. Schertz today. He had not received any paperwork from Indiana University but he just got back from vacation in Montana so he said that he would call. We told him what Dr. Williams said and he agreed that was the best course. Since it has been 1 month and 3 days since his last CT scan Dr. Schertz scheduled him another one tomorrow along with lab work and a port flush. Hopefully we will know the results of this CT by Friday afternoon, at the latest Monday!

I will try to post a longer update on everything later this week.
