Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever

Josh is finally eating better. There are times when I feel like I’m buying groceries for a pregnant woman, he has the strangest cravings. He got a neulasta shot on Thursday. We also scheduled appointments for the next two Bleomycin treatments, an appointment with Dr. Schertz, and set up his next chemo treatments. Dr. Schertz spoke with Dr. Lawrence Einhorn at the University of Indiana on the next 2 rounds and they suggested moving the next 2 treatments to be done as outpatient so we won’t be staying at the hospital!!

It's not about the bike
It's not about the bike. My Journey back to life. About Lance Armstrongs journey with cancer.

I ordered a book wrote by Lance Armstrong called “Its Not about the bike: My journey back to life” for Josh. I read the whole thing yesterday, it was so similar to Josh I could not put it down. Lance Armstrong received the same regamine as Josh is, Etoposide, Bleomycin, and Cisplatin. He got 4 cycles of 5 days in a row. The doctor that treated Lance was Dr. Einhorn–the same doctor that Josh’s is consulting with!
