Yesterday we had a consulation appointment with Dr. Tershak at Carilion Ambulatory Surgery regarding Josh’s port. He will be having surgery next Monday at 10:15 to put the portacath in. This will be a great surgery since Josh is so scared of needles. The next appointment is this Friday for the weekly round of chemo. Next Friday morning he will go back into the hospital for the 5 days of chemo rounds.
